The Agenda: "Kitty Cats & Exit Signs"
The movie trailer for RMP's second feature film, "Kitty Cats & Exit Signs", was worked on these past few days and will continue tonight and possibly Friday. The goal is for it to be available for viewing next week for everybody to see at roommateproductions.com.
The almighty, Adam A. Koch, was at RMP Central last night to view the film and take a look at what else needs to be done to make sure that the film is worth watching. After the 80 minute film was over, Adam had five pages of notes; to RMP's Chad and Eric this was very good news. The man is good at what he does and come premiere time, his work will be shown to the public. As well as working on "Kitty Cats & Exit Signs" Adam is doing more tweaking on RMP's "Laundromat". "Laundromat" was accepted last month to Kevin Smith's MovieAskew Film Festival.
While Adam was reviewing the film, Chad and Eric were keeping themselves busy by doing preparations for the premiere. The list for personal invites and those who get free tickets was made. Also, brainstorming was done for promoting the films and getting people in the seat. By the look of the list, it is going to be a very busy December/January.
Speaking of the premiere; the date in mind has been changed. The goal was to show their films in the beginning of January, but the decision was made to give the guys more time to prepare. They are still shooting for a January date, but more on that will come as we get closer. Be sure to keep checking back here for more details.
Finally, music is still being auditioned for “Kitty Cats & Exit Signs”. The guys ask that all unsigned singers/songwriters/bands/etc. send in their stuff. Again, there is no pay, but it is an excellent way to get your stuff heard nationally. A few things the guys are really looking to hear are female singers and folk rock songs, but will accept and give full attention to everything they receive. Just email directors@roommateproductions.com or check out the RMP homepage for more details.
