RMP Keepin' Busy

  • RMP's Chad & Eric are working on the "Kitty Cats & Exit Signs" Blooper Reel this week. Half of the footage has been reviewed and by next week it should all be time coded and when the editing bay returns from the shop - it'll all be captured. Let's just say that it is expected to be very funny, and not just to the cast members.
  • The guys are also thinking more about the transition that RoomMate Productions will go through come next year after the premiere. RoomMate Productions will become RoomMate ink. The guys will focus on scriptwriting as opposed to filmmaking. With all of the funny and weird things that they have experienced in their life, the stories they have to tell should be very interesting.
  • RMP's Chad is also working on revamping the RMP website. He'll be working with Adam "The Almighty Webmaster" Koch on this project. Chad has many great ideas and has put together a great template that might be coming to a PC near you.
  • One thing that has been noticed here at RMP is that sales for "Halfway Point" are starting to rise. The popularity of the first feature film by Eric & Chad is starting to get a following. Don't be left out and make sure you purchase your copy of this award winning flick. It is only $10; add $4 for shipping. A very reasonable price for a film that is recently becoming very popular.
  • Before we say goodbye on this entry, we want to give you some websites that you can visit after you finish reading. Check out the information on the Omaha Film Festival. It is put on by our friends Jeremy and Jason at Red Frogs Productions. Also check out Blue Box Unlimited's website. They are a couple students who make films that are some of the best we've ever seen in the independent world (Kevin Smith excluded) Finally, be sure to check Extreme Film's Filmmakers Forum podcast. Their new show is expected to go up on Wednesday night. Don't miss it.
